Making a will is something we can all do to help
protect our families against an uncertain future. By making
a will we are not just informing our families about how we
wish our affairs to be handled following death but we are enabling
our families to do the best that they can to minimise the tax
that may be payable on our estate.

will and we will advise you of this fee from the outset.
If your affairs are more complicated we will give
you advice about Inheritance Tax planning and will work with
you and your other advisers to minimise the tax on your estate
but at all times ensuring that your wishes are respected.
We are also able to act for executors and family
members in obtaining probate following a loved one’s
death and we will always support your family with sensitivity.
We are also able to advise and assist with Powers
of Attorney and provide guidance to members of the family who
may need to go into long term care.
